Singapore Philatelic Museum

The Singapore Philatelic Museum is a century-old building which houses Singapore’s philatelic materials. The museum aims to educate the public about the heritage and history of Singapore and other countries through philately.

It was officially opened in 19 August 1995 as a project of the Telecommunication Authority of Singapore (TAS). The building was also formerly part of Anglo Chinese School (ACS) in 1906. The museum was then later transferred to the National Heritage Board (NHB) on 1 April 2000 as a fully-owned subsidiary. The museum was the first of its kind in Southeast Asia.
